Return and Exchange Policy

We will do our best to satisfy all return and exchange requests. Please contact us so we can try to diagnose and fix any issues you may have first and foremost. If we can’t solve the problem, we’re happy to accept the return or exchange. Please keep the item in its original state. Items that have been cut, washed, or altered will not be eligible for exchange or return. Custom orders can not be exchanged or returned. Please contact us before attempting to return your products, returns without prior customer communication will be rejected.

How To Return?
Please contact us at bluemock@outlook.com to request a return for exchange within 30 days after the order is received. No exchanges or returns will be processed after this time. After the return for refund request has been authorized, ship the order and the exchange form back to the address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. $30 will be deducted.

How To Exchange?
Rush Exchange: 
Place a new order and you will receive a refund for your original order when it arrives back at our warehouse.
Upon receipt of an eligible returned product, we will issue a full refund for the amount of purchase. (no restocking fee)

Standard Exchange: 
Please contact us at bluemock@outlook.com to request a return for exchange within 30 days after the order is received. No exchanges or returns will be processed after this time.

A one-time 30% restocking fee will be applied to any exchanges after the second time.
